Print the whole alphabet or only the letters you need
The alphabet PDF has one capital on each US Letter page, as large as the page allows, which works out at 7 to 9 inches tall for most letters. Wide letters like M and W come out shorter so they fit across the page. That is the size most teachers use for a bulletin board title or an alphabet line above the whiteboard.

What makes a good printable bubble alphabet
A bubble letter has three features: no sharp corners, a thick even outline, and holes (the insides of A, B, D, O, P, Q and R) that stay open. If the holes fill in, the letters stop being readable from across the room, which is the whole point of a display letter. The Bubble style here keeps every hole open even at small sizes.
Consistency matters more than any single letter. When you mix letters from different printables, the heights and outline weights never quite match, and a word looks patched together. Printing every letter from one set, at one height, keeps the baseline and the weight even.
