How to draw a bubble letter K

1. Draw a stem, then two diagonal arms meeting at the middle of the stem, one going up and right, one going down and right.
2. Outline everything as one shape, rounding every end.
3. Where the arms meet the stem, blend them into one rounded joint rather than a sharp point.
4. Ink and erase. The K has no holes.

The tricky part

Three strokes meet at one point, and that joint gets crowded. Start the lower arm slightly off the upper one, so the joint has room to stay round.

Lowercase bubble k

The lowercase k has a tall stem and two short arms at x-height. In bubble form the arms become one chunky wedge.

Bubble letter K sizes and page counts

Letter height here is the height of the capital, the number you would measure on the wall. The width follows from the shape of the K, which in the Bubble style is about as wide as a typical capital. Page counts assume a 10 mm printer margin and the orientation that needs fewer sheets.
